Yoon has refused to serve documents such as the notice of receipt of the impeachment trial, the request for attendance, and the preparation order sent by the Constitutional Court, and has not submitted a senior representative.
With the first hearing scheduled for the 27th, the Constitutional Court planned to receive a response from President Yoon as early as today and prepare for the hearing in earnest, but concerns over delays in the trial are growing as President Yoon continues to refuse to receive documents.
In response, the Constitutional Court considers that documents such as public service or dispatch service have been delivered even if President Yoon does not receive the documents until the end, and is considering proceeding with the trial.
The Constitutional Court will announce its final position on the delay in delivery later today.
