In this regard, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport unveiled 32 new village leading project areas selected after deliberation by the Special Committee on Urban Regeneration under the Prime Minister.
A total of 32 places were selected this time, including four each in Seoul, South Jeolla Province, and North Gyeongsang Province, and three each in Busan, Ulsan, South Gyeongsang Province, and Gyeonggi Province.
The government will invest 1.2 trillion won in these areas, including 413.2 billion won in state funds, for up to five years.
