The Wall Street Journal reported that North Korea is strengthening military cooperation by returning weapons factories to the limit to send weapons to Russia and receiving cash, oil and technology in return.

The Wall Street Journal explained that a recent analysis of satellite images showed North Korea operating more than 200 weapons plants in South Korea to the maximum extent, accelerating production growth.

He also pointed out that as North Korea and Russia strengthen their military alliances, they become more dangerous and difficult to contain for their neighboring U.S. allies and the U.S.

Andriy Kovalenko, director of the Center for the Counter-False Information Center under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, said 60% of the shells used by Russia were North Korean, adding that "North Korea's ammunition supports Russia's defense."

According to Ukrainian officials, nearly a third of the ballistic missiles Russia has launched into Ukraine this year were made from North Korea.

The Wall Street Journal reported that North Korea is receiving various support from Russia in exchange for providing weapons such as ammunition, missiles, and drones, and that it may receive intercontinental ballistic missile technology.
