The National Movement Headquarters of the Republic of Korea held a rally in front of the Seoul Central District Court at 1 p.m. today (23rd) and claimed that the declaration of martial law was a legitimate act of governance.
At 2 p.m., he held a rally in front of the presidential residence near Gwanghwamun and the Constitutional Court in Seoul, and emphasized that President Yoon should not be impeached.
