During the December 3 emergency martial law incident, it was confirmed that soldiers with guns entered the border area of Yanggu County Office in Gangwon-do.

According to CCTV check of the Yanggu County Office, a soldier with a k-2 rifle entered the lobby of the county office at around 0:55 a.m. on the 4th, shortly after the emergency decree was imposed.

Around the same time, military police with k-1 rifles were also seen entering the military office's CCTV control center and talking to employees.

This is a video that directly refutes the explanation made by an official of the military office and the Army's 3rd Corps on the 5th, saying, "At that time, the soldiers were unarmed without rifles."

An official from the Army's 3rd Corps said, "It is true that some people have guns, but I understand that they do not have live ammunition."

Yanggu County explained that it belatedly learned that two out of seven soldiers carried firearms while requesting CCTVs related to soldiers entering the military office at the National Assembly.

He then submitted an official communication and access cooperation letter, saying that the military unit would visit the military and police joint situation room in preparation for the operation of the second-class alert under the emergency martial law, and explained that unlike the National Assembly, there was no suppression of force or threatening employees.
