Yes, the fire started at around 9:50 tonight.
The oil tanker running through the Seohaean Expressway downstream line and the Seopyeongtaek Junction in Mokpo direction caught fire.
It was reported that a fire broke out due to a fall after hitting a guardrail while driving.
There was a big fire in the oil tanker and even heavy smoke.
Due to the influence of the wind, all the up and down lines were controlled as the fire moved to the opposite lane and up line.
In an emergency text message, the Korea Expressway Corporation said that the oil tanker fire blocked both directions from the Seopyeongtaek Interchange to the Seopyeongtaek Junction, and explained that it is hoped that you will take a detour to the nearby national road.
In a phone call with YTN, an on-site informant said that they are currently waiting for about an hour, it is impossible to predict when the fire will be contained, and that a lot of oil is visible on the road surface.
The exact number of casualties, including the driver of the vehicle, has not yet been confirmed.
Even now, there is a strong wind on the scene and the possibility that it will take a considerable amount of time to extinguish the fire cannot be ruled out as the vehicle seems to have loaded a considerable amount of oil.
