It has been 21 days since the emergency martial law was established and 13 days since the joint investigation headquarters was launched, but the president's office has not responded to the investigation at all.

With two failed raids of the presidential office, police asked to preserve important data, such as non-Phone communication records.

I'm reporter Jang A-young.

The Joint Investigation Headquarters asked the Presidential Secretariat and the Security Service to "preserve data" on non-phones used during the December 3 emergency martial law.

Non-Phone communication is only available through the seizure and search of the Presidential Security Service server,

This is a desperate measure after the seizure and search failed on the 11th and 17th due to the non-cooperation of the security service.

[Woo Jong-soo / Director of National Investigation Division: We tried to search and seizure two times, but we couldn't execute it because the security service didn't respond. So, we have sent an official letter requesting the preservation of important data.]

The phone, which was to be raided on the 17th, belonged to National Police Agency Commissioner Jo Ji-ho, who spoke to Yoon Suk Yeol's president six times on the day of martial law.

Commissioner Cho denied the phone call with the president at the National Assembly, but changed his position that he did not comply with the instructions during the investigation.

[Jo Jiho / Commissioner of Police (last 5 days): (Wait, Commissioner Jo Jiho!) Did the president call himself?) "No."

[Roh Jung-hwan / Attorney for Police Commissioner Jo Ji-ho (last 13th): The president called six times and refused to order the lawmakers to be arrested..]

The non-Chinese phone, which President Yoon issued an important order on the day of martial law, is one of the key evidence.

The government has secured the president's personal mobile phone calls, but has yet to obtain non-phones and communication records that require approval from the security chief.
