Roh Sang-won, a former intelligence commander suspected of planning martial law in the so-called "Hamburger House Meeting," was handed over to the prosecution in custody this morning (24th).
When asked by reporters why they expressed "inducing North Korean attacks in the NLL" and politicians as targets for collection in their notebooks, they remained tight-lipped.
I'm connecting with the reporter. Reporter Lee Hyunjung!Former commander
has been sent, right?
[Reporter]
Former intelligence commander Roh Sang-won was arrested on the 15th and arrested by police three days later.
In the meantime, he has been investigated by the police while in the detention center of the western police station in Seoul, but it is reported that he has rarely made a statement.
In the end, he was handed over to the prosecution today on charges of executing an insurrection, etc.
The former commander,
Roh, emerged from the detention center, covering his face with a hat and mask. When asked by reporters whether they discussed the contents of the
' notebook with whom' and whether they discussed the emergency martial law with President Yoon Suk Yeol in person, they got into the convoy without any answers.
Let's listen to it for ourselves.
[Roh Sang-won / Former intelligence commander: (Who did you write to kill in your notebook?)]. (Who did you discuss the note with?) …. (How did you try to induce the NLL attack on North Korea?) .... (Did you communicate directly with the emergency martial law President Yoon?). (Are you trying to set up a separate investigation team?)….]
Former commander Roh is accused of plotting emergency martial law with former and current soldiers at a hamburger restaurant in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province on the 1st and 3rd.
There are also allegations that he discussed the deployment of martial law forces to the Central Election Commission or led the formation of the "second division of investigation" under the Joint Investigation Headquarters.

The contents of the notebook written by former commander Roh are also controversial, right?
[Reporter]
When the police arrested former commander Roh on the 15th, they also secured a handwritten notebook of about 60 pages containing martial law-related details.
Police explained that the notebook had an expression of "parliamentary blockade," and politicians, journalists, religious people, unions and judges were described as "subject to collection."
Even the expression "killing" and "how to accept and deal with it" are written, which the police see as the intention of arrest.
Also, the expression 'NLL induces North Korean attacks on the Northern Limit Line' was found.
Further investigation should be conducted to determine whether it was reported to President Yoon Suk Yeol through former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun.
