Jeonbuk has announced that it has finally selected former Greek national team coach Foyet as a partner to take the team's leap forward and share a new era.
Foyet, who is from Uruguay, played in Spain and England when he was active and later coached Sunderland in the Premier League, where he led the Greek national team until recently.
Coach Foyet said Asia and the K-League are new challenges, but he will do his best to communicate with the players and trust them so that Jeonbuk can be reborn as the best team in the K-League.
Jeonbuk, which won nine times, the most in the K-League, was on the verge of being relegated to the second division this season, and broke up with head coach Kim Doo-hyun after half a year.
