SK Chairman Chey Tae-won and Art Center Director Noh So-young's lawsuit is divided into three parts: divorce, alimony, and property division.

Chairman Choi's position is to fight around the division of assets worth KRW 1.38 trillion in the appeal.

On the contrary, the Supreme Court first asked for an undisputed divorce to be confirmed.

Before the entire judgment of the case is made, the so-called 'family relationship on paper' needs to be organized,

I applied for a confirmation certificate on the 4th.

Chairman Choi explained that the recent filing of a divorce lawsuit reflects this will.

Chairman Choi explained that according to the Fair Trade Act, even the third cousin of the relatives must be reported as an affiliate, but director Roh's side cannot be accurately identified.

It is intended to prevent confusion in corporate management and legal aspects.

Director Noh So-young immediately protested, saying it was part of an attempt to destroy the home.

He pressured the court, saying that if a final certificate is issued, it would be a violation of the constitutional obligation to protect family life.

In particular, Director Roh's younger brother, Roh Jae-heon, said that he had already managed a corporation independently and had never been incorporated into an affiliate,
I refuted Chairman Choi's argument head on
.

Chairman Choi previously asked the second trial court to confirm the divorce, but it was not accepted.

This time, the Supreme Court will determine whether it can be separated from the lawsuit, but there is no deadline for deciding until when.
