The extradition process of Kwon Do-hyung, a key figure in the cryptocurrency 'Terra and Luna' crash two years ago, will be resumed in Montenegro. The constitutional petition filed by Mr.

was rejected, and it is observed that it is more likely to be delivered to the United States than to Korea.

The Montenegrin Constitutional Court has rejected a constitutional petition filed by Kwon Do-hyung, a key figure in the "Terra and Luna" crash.Mr.

filed a lawsuit against the Justice Minister, saying that the Supreme Court's ruling on which country to hand him over to was unfair, but it was not accepted.

The court judged that Kwon's right to a fair trial was guaranteed, and that repatriation of Kwon would not infringe on his right to live with his family.

Kwon's extradition process, which was suspended because of the lawsuit, will now begin again.

Both South Korea and the United States are demanding repatriation, and according to the decision, Montenegro's attorney general is expected to designate a repatriation country.

The minister has never indicated his intention to send Kwon to any country.

However, considering that the prosecution has raised objections twice to the lower court's decision to repatriate him to Korea, it is interpreted that he may have been thinking of going to the U.S.

Kwon is expected to be sentenced to heavy punishment if he is repatriated to the U.S., which strongly punishes economic crimes.

Therefore, if the decision to repatriate him to the United States is made, Kwon's side is expected to use all possible legal means, including filing a complaint with the European Court of Human Rights.

If that happens, the repatriation time will be delayed further.Mr.

was arrested in March last year, but he has not been repatriated for a year and nine months due to 13 continuous lawsuits.
