Bitcoin was trading at $99,443.18 as of 1:15 p.m. ET on the U.S. cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase, up 6.02% from 24 hours ago.
Ethereum also rose 5.1% from a day earlier to $3,508.61, while Ripple also rose 8.2% to $2.34, with Solana and Dogecoin gaining 6.6% and 7.8%, respectively.
Coin Telegraph, a U.S. media outlet specializing in virtual currency, analyzed that a new buying trend appears to have entered the Bitcoin market.
U.S. software maker MicroStrategy, a "big hand" in the Bitcoin market, bought an additional 818.8 billion won worth of Bitcoin at a price close to its peak last week, Bloomberg reported.
