Kim's lawyers decided to hold a press conference tomorrow morning at the Korea Conference Center in Seocho-gu, Seoul.
The lawyers are expected to announce their official position on the prosecution's investigation and former Minister Kim's allegations at the meeting.
Former Minister Kim has been responding to the summons of the prosecution's special investigation headquarters since he was arrested on the 10th, but has refused all related statements, and has not responded to other investigative agencies' investigations, citing duplicate investigations.
The prosecution is expected to hand over former Minister Kim and others to trial soon, as the prosecution continues to investigate further ahead of the expiration of the arrest period on the 28th.
