The confrontation between the ruling and opposition parties is escalating as the appointment of a constitutional judge and the impeachment of Han Deok-soo, acting president.
It is interpreted that the Democratic Party of Korea actually gave Han a "last chance" when it presented a deadline for Han's decision, but the people's power protested, saying it was intended to devastate the state administration.

The Democratic Party of Korea again nailed a "time limit for appointment" to Acting President Han Deok-soo a day before the plenary session of the motion to appoint a candidate for constitutional judge.
As soon as the appointment is passed, he made it clear that if he does not appoint three constitutional judges recommended by the National Assembly, he will immediately impeach them.
[Park Sung-joon / Deputy floor leader of the Democratic Party of Korea (MBC Radio 'Kim Jong-bae's Attention'): Let the whole nation see if acting Han Deok-soo is doing it or not. / Let's have a time of patience with the whole nation and our party.]
It seems that he has already not promulgated the Civil War and the Special Prosecutor Act as well as the request for the recommendation of the permanent special prosecutor, and that he will give the last chance by tomorrow morning (27th).
Some analysts say that the possibility of realization is higher than ever since the Democratic Party-led impeachment bill was on the verge of being proposed.
The people's power, however, strongly protested, saying that the acting president should first consider whether he can be the subject of the president's own authority, the appointment of constitutional judges.
It also clarified that if the Democratic Party of Korea passes the National Assembly, it will mobilize all legal measures such as a competent dispute trial or a constitutional petition.
[Kim Dae-sik / Senior spokesman for the People's Power Party (KBS Radio 'Absolute Festive'): I think that the Democratic Party of Korea only seems to intend to completely devastate not only the ruling party but also the ruling party.]
In particular, the Democratic Party has repeatedly argued that more than 200 lawmakers equivalent to the president need to agree even if it seeks to impeach the acting president in connection with the appointment of constitutional judges.
As the Democratic Party of Korea used the expression "acting for duty" while pushing for the impeachment of the vice chairman of the Korea Communications Standards Commission in the past, the same standard should be applied this time.
However, the Democratic Party of Korea has a different view, saying that Han is an unelected prime minister, and only needs 151 votes, the majority of the incumbent lawmakers, to approve the impeachment.
Initially, the ruling and opposition parties planned to deal with a number of non-controversial bills on people's livelihoods for the first time in a long time at this plenary session,
There are also concerns that the political situation may fall back into the swamp of political strife due to disagreements over the impeachment of acting president
