This special case is a system that allows new technologies to be demonstrated beyond current regulations for a limited period and scale for specific companies, and improves or supplements related regulations if safety and effectiveness are proven.
Nine new technologies approved this year include one solar waste panel site recycling, two biodegradable plastic biogasization, and two waste battery recycling and reproduction technologies.
The Ministry of Environment explained that from next year, the government will not only receive applications from individual companies but also introduce special regulations on planning to find key circulating resources and recruit demonstrators.
