Yes, earlier, police seized cell phones, laptops, and controversial handwritten notebooks from former commander Roh Sang-won's residence in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province.

Former commander Roh
seems to have in mind the possibility that he wrote and deleted martial law-related data on his laptop, but the forensic results have not been released yet.
The police sent former commander Roh to the prosecution on the 24th and handed over all laptops, notebooks, and mobile phones to the prosecution, and further investigations are continuing by the prosecution.
Police are also looking for the whereabouts of the mobile phone used by former commander Roh before and after the declaration of the emergency martial law.
The former commander Roh's mobile phone, which was secured by the police, was replaced about a week after the martial law was declared, and the previous mobile phone is expected to have additional materials related to martial law, including the contents of the messenger conversation.
The police also sent Kim Yong-gun, a retired colonel who was the head of the investigation division of the Ministry of National Defense, on charges of pre-mocking martial law at the second hamburger meeting led by former commander Roh on the day of martial law declaration.
In the meantime, Prime Minister Han Deok-soo, who was investigated by the police, was found to have stated that he had not been briefed on emergency martial law in advance, contrary to the claims of former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun.
