It has been confirmed that Lee, a male flight attendant in his 30s who survived the Jeju Air plane disaster, told medical staff that he was rescued when he woke up.

Ewha Womans University Seoul Hospital, where Lee was hospitalized, said at a press briefing today (29th), "Lee is in a state where he can communicate enough," but did not ask in detail about the situation at the time of the accident out of fear of trauma.

Immediately after the accident, Lee was taken to Ewha Womans University Seoul Hospital after receiving medical treatment at Mokpo Korean Hospital, and as a result of the examination, he was diagnosed with fractures in the thoracic spine and scapula and is being treated in the intensive care unit.

The remaining survivor, a female flight attendant in her 20s, is also being treated at Asan Medical Center in Seoul, and is currently found to be conscious.
