On the 30th, X (formerly Twitter) posted a photo of the cafe's notice, along with an article saying, "There is also a pre-payment for cafes in Muan International Airport."
The cafe's notice in the picture said, "Volunteers and bereaved families should eat Americano or cafe latte. It says, "It's paid in advance."
On the second day of the disaster, someone seems to have restricted drinks in advance for the bereaved families and volunteers staying in temporary residences at Muan International Airport.
Netizens responded by saying, "I'm crying," "There are warm hands even where I can't see them," and "Nothing will go over, but I hope you eat something."
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport held a briefing at the Muan Airport building on the same day and announced that 141 people had been identified as of 8:35 a.m.
The recovered remains have been temporarily placed in hangars at Muan Airport, and freezing facilities are also in place for preservation until they are delivered to the bereaved families. The delivery of the remains will take place after the settlement procedures such as identification and medical examination by investigative agencies such as the prosecution and police are completed.
