Governor of Gyeonggi-do Province Kim Dong-yeon attended a plenary session of the provincial council yesterday (30th) and said, "I spoke to Governor Kim Young-rok of Jeollanam-do Province yesterday (29th) and immediately sent six ambulances from the Gyeonggi-do Fire and Disaster Headquarters," adding, "We will not spare any support if we need anything after that."
"I would like to express my deepest condolences to the victims and their families of Gyeonggi-do Province, and once again say that Gyeonggi-do Province will be with them until the end in dealing with the disaster," he said.
The five Gyeonggi residents who died in the plane disaster were identified as four family members living in Osan City and one flight attendant living in Yongin.
The four victims of Osan City are known to be the daughters and grandchildren of Yeonggwang residents, who died while visiting the 80th birthday party together with nine members of three generations of a family.
