The Incheon Metropolitan Government is implementing it with the aim of reducing the burden of housing expenses for the birth and rearing of newlyweds.

The 'thousand won house' that rents a house to newlyweds for 1,000 won a day and 30,000 won a month.

Starting next year, 1,000 households a year will be supplied to local newlyweds within seven years of marriage.

There are two methods: purchase lease, which is bought and leased by Incheon City Corporation, and lease, which is leased after the Incheon Metropolitan Government signs a lease on a deposit basis contract if a person wishing to move in chooses a commercial house.

Based on the first two years, you can live for up to six years.

The goal is to reduce the burden of housing expenses for newlyweds and provide practical help in giving birth and raising children.

Incheon City has completed administrative procedures such as budgeting and recently signed a business agreement with Incheon City Corporation.

Incheon City Corporation has started working on recruiting tenants and is preparing to move in from next year.

First of all, we plan to recruit rental houses sequentially, starting with purchase rental houses and lease rental houses.

The Incheon Metropolitan Government analyzed that the monthly rent of 1,000 won housing is 4% of the average monthly rent of private housing in the city and 760,000 won.

It added that it is already attracting a lot of attention as it has significantly lowered the housing cost burden.
