Kim Jong-un, New Year's letter to Putin..."It will be the first year of your victory".

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un sent a congratulatory letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin ahead of the New Year, claiming that 2025 will be recorded as the first year of the 21st century's victory for the Russian military and people to achieve great victories.

The Korean Central News Agency reported that Chairman Kim expressed his warm blessing to his brotherly Russian people and all the soldiers of the permanent Russian army in the name of himself, the Korean people and the armed soldiers of the entire republic.

Kim then expressed his willingness to further strengthen the comprehensive strategic partnership between North Korea and Russia and wished Putin great achievements and the prosperity, welfare and happiness of the Russian people, the news agency said.
