The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport said in a morning briefing that the azimuth facility has been temporarily demolished at the other end of the runway at Muan Airport to extend the runway.

However, he added that Muan Airport does not apply to restrictions such as "fragile structures" because the azimuth facilities were installed outside the longitudinal safety zone.
