Acting Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yeol and other State Council members visited the joint memorial altar in front of Seoul City Hall this morning (31st) to honor the victims.
In the condolence minutes in front of the main building of the city hall, he wrote, "We will make a safe country so that this pain does not repeat again."
Earlier, acting Choi Sang-mok also visited a joint memorial altar near Muan Airport in Jeollanam-do yesterday (30th) to mourn the victims.
