The Constitutional Court reiterated that the nine-judge system should be completed as soon as possible to stabilize state affairs.

The Constitutional Court said in a press briefing today (31st) that each chief judge is in charge of one to four impeachment cases, and that it is mobilizing the available manpower as much as possible, but it is burdensome because the court is not intact.

The Constitutional Court also said yesterday that it has decided to refer the case of Prime Minister Han Deok-soo's impeachment to the hearing preparation process and designate Kim Hyung-doo and Kim Bok-hyung as judges.

We decided to keep the policy of handling President Yoon's case as the top priority among impeachment cases.

Regarding President Yoon Suk Yeol's announcement that he would issue a power dispute trial and a provisional injunction for suspension of the validity of the arrest warrant issued by the court, he explained that it is difficult to grasp the contents because it has not yet been received.
