"I'm a game developer, too." Com2us Game Development Contest 'Com: On 2024' closed successfully.

Com2uS announced today (31st) that it has successfully completed the acceptance of works for the global game development competition "Com: On 2024."

Com2uS organized this contest with the Game Culture Foundation to discover and support promising industrial talents, and received mobile or PC platform-based creative games from November 19 to December 30. For South Korean residents over the age of 14 who are interested in developing the game, individuals or teams of 10 or less were applied.

"Com: On 2024" was held for the first time this year, but many applicants' interest and inquiries continued even before the application began, and a total of 250 works were submitted by the final deadline. In particular, a large number of works of various genres that stand out in novelty and completeness are also received, and fierce competition for award-winning works is expected to unfold.

Com2uS will carefully review the plans and video files of the received works to select successful candidates for the first screening. After that, the second screening process consisting of prototype build and presentation presentation evaluation will be conducted for those who passed the first screening.The prize money of 20 million won will be awarded to the final selected team by combining the

1 and 2nd round of screening, and 10 million won will be paid to the first best team and 5 million won to the second best team. It also plans to provide free "Hive," Com2uS Group's global game platform, and various privileges needed by talented people who dream of becoming game developers, such as conducting mentoring programs and giving additional points when applying for a job in Com2uS.
