Chairman Choi visited the joint memorial altar in front of the main building of Seoul City Hall this morning with executives of the Chamber of Commerce, including Park Il-joon, vice chairman of the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Lee Hyung-hee, vice chairman of the Seoul Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
After the silent tribute, Chairman Choi wrote in the condolence minutes, "I pray for the victims," and "The business community will help us to make a safe society."
The Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry will hold a time of mourning at the New Year's greeting ceremony in March, including a silent tribute to the souls of the victims of the disaster.
