The forest fire that broke out at the Three Kingdoms of Daegu Gunwi-gun was extinguished in about 19 hours.
Forest authorities explained that after the first stage of forest fire response occurred at around 2:10 p.m. yesterday, they put out the fire overnight, and after the bright day today (1st), 18 helicopters and others were deployed to put out the big fire at around 9:20 a.m.
Authorities believe that 14.5ha of forest was burned by the fire and are investigating the exact area of damage and the cause of the forest fire.
