When executing the arrest warrant for Yoon Suk Yeol's president, it was argued that some police who participated during martial law should be excluded from their duties.

In a text message, the Military Human Rights Center demanded the exclusion of about 10 police officials and task forces who helped martial law troops enter the National Assembly during the emergency martial law.

The list, which the group demanded to exclude, included the head of the National Police Agency's security bureau and chief, the head of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's public safety department and security officials, and key commanders from the mobile headquarters.
