The two judges appointed by Acting President Choi Sang-mok are classified as progressives and conservatives, respectively.

With the joining of the two, the Constitutional Court has been reorganized into three liberals, three moderates and conservatives, and two conservatives.

However, there are many observations that the tendency of judges is difficult to influence the results in important cases such as presidential impeachment.
