said today (2nd) that he has received an objection to the arrest and execution of a search warrant with the Seoul Western District Court.

The warrant issued on the 31st of last month is contrary to the Criminal Procedure Act and the Constitution, so it is intended to be disallowed from execution.

Earlier, the Seoul Western District Court issued a warrant for the arrest of President Yoon Suk Yeol, who is suspected of being the head of a rebellion.

It also issued a search warrant for the official residence in Hannam-dong, Seoul, which was requested by the Joint Investigation Headquarters.
