On the 31st of last month, the Seoul Western District Court issued an arrest warrant for President Yoon Suk Yeol, who is accused of leading a civil war.

For the first time in constitutional history, it allowed the arrest of a sitting president.

Since there is no system to appeal against the issuance of an arrest warrant itself, it is interpreted that the execution itself was a problem.

However, this objection is also expected to be reviewed by the judge in charge of the Seoul Western District Court, who issued an arrest warrant and a search warrant for President Yoon, which is unlikely to be accepted.
