The ruling party members of the National Assembly's Legislation and Judiciary Committee pointed out that the court's process of issuing an arrest warrant for President Yoon was illegal and exceeded the authority of the judiciary.

Taking issue with the court's decision not to apply the Criminal Procedure Act, which states that "secret facilities for military ideology and public affairs cannot be searched without the consent of the person in charge," he even hinted at the possibility of "impeachment of judges."
