◇ Anchor> In the midst of this, Choi Jin-woong, former secretary of state affairs, resigned and did not support President Yoon's message? He said that he wants to publish a lot on social media that informs the truth of President Yoon, including the reason for martial law, but there seems to be a lot of talk about President Yoon's full-fledged social media politics. Do you think it's a necessary process of communication?

◆ Kim Min-soo> Because it is not easy to convey the position of the president to the public in any way. If so, why did I do martial law because the president communicated directly to the people, and there was no restriction on basic rights to the people in my martial law. And I think I should be given a chance to clearly explain what the Republic of Korea really wanted to change. I keep talking about the rule of law, but the Republic of Korea has the principle of presumption of innocence. And even if you are a defendant, I think you should be given the opportunity to fully plead your position. But it's the president of a country. Even though he is a president trusted by the Korean people, I think he is now suffering unilateral violence as if he is being attacked by public opinion and a witch hunt. That's why I'll tell you that the president needs to fully inform the people of his position, whether it's on social media or whatever the route is.

◇Anchor> What is your position?

◆Yoon Jong-gun> Didn't the president already talk about his position on SNS? I don't think the people will agree at all on this, that there was a lack of opportunity to convey the president's position to the people. The same goes for both the president and former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun, but now too many actions to avoid their sins, which will inevitably be seen by the public as inciting clashes with Taegeukgi troops. So, even among far-right YouTubers, they say, "Prepare a gas can" and "Prepare a weapon." Can this come out of Korea in 2025 now? I tell you that they are creating a situation on their own that cannot help but be seen as promoting such a situation. You keep saying that there were no restrictions on basic rights, civil war, and that this is not illegal, but on the day martial law was declared, I managed to get over the fence of the National Assembly. Although I am an incumbent lawmaker, I was not allowed to enter, and I managed to get over the fence, but the police also controlled inside. There's no legal basis. Many people were constrained by basic rights because of the civil war. If there were people who had already received it and the people who came to the National Assembly that night to block armored vehicles, journalists and media outlets would have been overwhelmed by Geom-gun. And even after martial law was declared, the judiciary tried to invade and even the NEC tried to invade. If this is not a violation of the basic rights of the people, I think the people can really judge in common sense what kind of situation should be made to see that the basic rights of the people have been invaded.
