Governor of Gyeonggi-do Province Kim Dong-yeon criticized the Presidential Security Service for blocking the execution of a warrant for the arrest of Yoon Suk Yeol's president by the high-ranking government official's crime investigation office, saying, "Is the Security Service a private soldier of the head of the rebellion?"

Governor Kim said in a Facebook post, "The bodyguard that prevented the Airborne Agency's legitimate execution of arrest warrants has lost its qualification as a state agency and should be disbanded as the basis for its existence has disappeared."

Governor Kim said, "The head of the National Guard and the participants are no different from gang members who follow the head of the rebellion," adding, "They should be arrested and severely punished for obstructing the execution of special public affairs."

Governor Kim said, "The whole world is watching. If the arrest of the mob fails due to lack of civil war, national dignity will fall again, and questions about the resilience of democracy and economic uncertainty will grow, he said, urging Acting President Choi Sang-mok to order the bodyguard to cooperate with the execution of the warrant immediately.
