Singer Lee Seung-hwan, who claimed that Gumi Mayor Kim Jang-ho unfairly canceled the performance, will file a lawsuit for damages.
Haemaru, a law firm in charge of legal representation, said today (3rd), "In the damages lawsuit with Lee Seung-hwan, we have decided to sign a delegation contract only for 100 performance reservations."
According to Lee Seung-hwan's claim, Gumi Mayor Kim Jang-ho unilaterally canceled the contract to rent the Gumi Culture and Arts Center on the 23rd of last month, canceling the 35th anniversary of the performance.
At that time, Gumi City demanded that Lee Seung-hwan submit a pledge stating, "I will not say or do anything, such as political instigation and political misunderstanding," but Lee refused.
