An Air Busan passenger plane bound for Busan from Hong Kong was repeated once due to an instrument error related to landing gear and landed at the airport.

At around 6:20 a.m. today (3rd), an Air Busan flight from Hong Kong attempted to land at Gimhae International Airport, but did not land and raised the altitude again when it was not confirmed that the landing gear was properly operated due to an error in the instrument.

The plane landed at the airport after visually confirming that there was nothing wrong with the landing gear through the control station.

Air Busan explained that the landing gear operated normally during the landing, but there was a time difference between the left and right sides when the instrument indicated whether it was operating or not, and that it was repeated to closely check the situation.

It also said that it is presumed to be a temporary error in the system sensor, and that it will be re-inserted after further inspection.
