Yoon Suk Yeol's president and key officials of martial law have been found to have justified martial law, saying pro-North Korean activists are darkly weak or that there is a high possibility of North Korea's provocation.
Contrary to the president's claim that there was no working-level manager during the martial law process, it turned out that more than 50,000 rounds of live ammunition were prepared.

President Yoon Suk Yeol, who is pointed out as the leader of the civil war, had a strong idea that pro-North Korean forces were making a dark promise to our society, and the prosecution's investigation confirmed.
According to former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun's prosecution indictment, President Yoon identified the media and labor circles as anti-state forces along with them and judged them as the targets of emergency measures.
Just before martial law, he also raised his voice to the State Council members, saying that if the pro-North Korean leftists are left alone, the country will be ruined.
The military generals, who played a key role in martial law, went one step further and prepared the troops as if they were trying to respond to North Korean provocations.
Kwak Jong-geun, former commander of the Army Special Warfare Command, explained the reason for the operation to the troops that North Korea could mobilize sympathizers in South Korea,
Prosecutors explain that former and current intelligence commanders
also mentioned signs of large-scale defection.
However, the martial law guns they implemented were directed at the Korean people and the National Assembly.
Prosecutors found that martial law forces prepared 57,000 live bullets as well as flash binge-drinking bullets, shotgun shotgun shotguns and slugs during martial law.
Former commander Kwak Jong-geun even suggested the use of Tasers and horror bullets, saying he would suppress citizens who are preventing them from entering the National Assembly.President
Yoon's side, however, has still maintained that martial law troops were unarmed.
[Yoon Suk Yeol / President (last month 12th): Only a small number of troops needed to maintain order and no working-level officials (we told them to proceed).]
The prosecution counted 1,605 armed soldiers and 3,144 police officers were mobilized for the martial law amid a series of investigations that directly contradicted President Yoon's explanation.
