When Park Jong-joon, head of the presidential office's bodyguard, who was charged with obstructing the execution of the arrest warrant for the president of Yoon Suk Yeol, refused to attend, the police issued a second summons notice.

The possibility of criminal punishment is raised not only for the head of the bodyguard, Park Jong-joon, but also for the employees of the bodyguard who prevented the execution of the arrest warrant.

Reporter Chung Hyun-woo's report.

Police asked Park Jong-joon, the head of the bodyguard, and Kim Sung-hoon, the deputy head of the bodyguard, to appear at 2 p.m., who blocked the execution of the arrest warrant for President Yoon Suk Yeol.

However, three hours before the police-informed investigation time, the presidential security service issued a statement refusing to attend.

It's a serious time for presidential security, and major commanders, including the chief of security, can't be away for a moment.

It said it was consulting with the police to respond to the investigation when possible.

The judgment is interpreted in consideration of the possibility that the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit and the police will soon attempt to execute a second arrest warrant.

In response, the Joint Investigation Headquarters demanded that President Yoon appear again after the 6th, the deadline for the arrest warrant.

The security chief explained that he sent a request for attendance by 10 o'clock on the 7th and the deputy chief of the security department by 10 o'clock on the 8th.

Police are first analyzing the evidence video and considering whether to book additional security personnel who blocked the execution of the warrant.

Obstruction of general public affairs shall be sentenced to up to five years in prison or a fine of up to 10 million won,
If the charges of obstructing the execution of special public affairs that prevented the execution of public affairs as a
group are applied, the sentence will be 1.5 times higher.

If the sentence is confirmed above the probation, it is a reason for disqualification of public officials, and if the sentence above the imprisonment is confirmed, there will be a disadvantage in the pension,
The security office, which must mobilize
personnel to prevent additional execution of warrants, is also expected to keep a close eye on the police investigation.
