Reporters' cameras showed several male workers moving together with barbed wire to the grass near the access road to the official residence.

During the execution of the arrest warrant yesterday, the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit and police officials were blocked by the security services and diverted to the surrounding mountain roads, raising the possibility that they installed it to strengthen security.

On the contrary, while there are observations that it is for repair of existing facilities, the presidential security agency said it cannot confirm it for security purposes.
