The South Korea-U.S. Foreign Ministers' Meeting will be held in Seoul tomorrow (6th).

South Korean Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yeol and U.S. Secretary of State Tony Blinken will discuss the South Korea-U.S. alliance, cooperation among South Korea, the U.S. and North Korea through luncheon talks at the Foreign Ministry building before holding a joint press conference to announce the outcome of the talks.

At the meeting, the two sides are expected to evaluate the achievements of the ROK-US alliance and strengthening cooperation between South Korea and the U.S. and Japan, and emphasize that the Trump administration should inherit this stance.

In particular, the visit of a high-ranking U.S. official in the midst of martial law and impeachment is expected to show that South Korean diplomacy is working normally.
