Yoon Sang-hyun "Hunjae - Suspicion of opposition party's collusion..."Recommendation for withdrawal of rebellion"

Yoon Sang-hyun, a member of the People's Power, raised suspicions of collusion with the Constitutional Court over the decision of the National Assembly's impeachment investigation team consisting of opposition figures to remove the crime of rebellion from the reason for impeachment.

At a press conference at the National Assembly, Yoon said, "There is a rumor that the Democratic Constitutional Court recommended the impeachment prosecution to withdraw the rebellion."

He also claimed that the Constitutional Court violated related laws and accepted the impeachment investigation team's request to secure emergency martial law investigation records, and that public anger is growing that the Constitutional Court seems to be moving like a subordinate agency of the Democratic Party of Korea.

Lawmaker Yoon met with reporters after the conference, saying that if the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit attempts to execute an arrest warrant for President Yoon again, he will visit his official residence again, and demanded active action from the leadership and its lawmakers.
