The Fair Trade Commission has decided to issue contracts to subcontractors late or issue corrective orders to Krafton, Nexon Korea, and NCsoft after production, and impose a fine of 36 million won on Krafton and 32 million won on Nexon Korea.
The FTC stressed that the issuance of documents is the most basic obligation in the subcontracting order and is a device that protects the interests of suppliers by preventing unnecessary disputes.
He also said that the move is meaningful in raising awareness of the behavior of issuing written delays that are customary in the game industry.
