Sixteen buses in Chungju, North Chungcheong Province, which were suspended after the hydrogen city bus explosion last month, will resume operation.

Chungju City explained that it resumed operation after the accident, saying that it confirmed that there was no abnormality in the vehicle through a special safety inspection of the hydrogen city bus.

In December last year, a hydrogen bus exploded at a hydrogen charging station in Mokhaeng-dong, Chungju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do, injuring three people, including a charging station employee.The

accident bus has been requested to the National Forensic Service to identify the cause of the explosion.
