"58th in construction capacity" Shin Dong-A Construction Company Application for Rehabilitation Procedures

Shindonga Construction, a mid-sized company, has applied to the court for corporate rehabilitation procedures.

The Seoul Rehabilitation Court said today (6th) that Shin Dong-A Construction submitted an application to commence corporate rehabilitation procedures.

Shindonga Construction is a mid-sized company that ranked 58th in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's construction capacity evaluation last year.

Earlier, Shin Dong-A Construction applied for a workout in 2010 and left after nine years, but it was again under court receivership in more than five years.
