Kim Shin-hye, a weapon accused of murdering her biological father...an acquittal in a retrial

Kim Shin-hye, who was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of her biological father, was acquitted after overturning the original trial at a retrial.

The Haenam Branch of the Gwangju District Court acquitted Kim today (6th) in a retrial of his case of perpetual murder.

The court said the confiscation found by the police at Kim's residence was illegally collected without a warrant, and Kim denied all confession statements and had no evidence.

At the same time, it was difficult to admit that there was sexual abuse against Kim and his younger brother, so we decided that there was no reason to kill him.

Earlier in March 2000, Kim was sentenced to life imprisonment for feeding his father alcohol with sleeping pills to death in spite of his father's sexual harassment.
