When asked about Musk during a speech today (6th) on reforming the UK's national health service, Starmer said, "Those who spread false and false information are not interested in the victim, but only in themselves."
Earlier, Musk criticized then-Royal Prosecutor General Starmer for not properly investigating the case, citing the past sexual exploitation of children in the Manchester area.
The case was a systematic sex offense by a group of underage sex exploitation criminals against a number of young girls from the mid-2000s to the early 2010s.
At the time, some suspected that the British authorities' response was lukewarm because many of the criminals were of Pakistani descent and were concerned about racial discrimination.
In response to Musk's claims, the Financial Times reported that Starmer began prosecuting in the final year of his term as commissioner shortly after the case came under the spotlight and set about overhauling the way sex abuse cases are investigated so that more perpetrators can be brought to justice.
