Mayor Oh attended the "2025 Civil Society Joint New Year's Meeting" co-hosted by civic groups, including the pan-civil society association, today (7th) and said, "The Republic of Korea is at a critical inflection point."
He also pointed out that while the opposition party's excessive shaking of the government and the judicial system is a problem, the bigger problem is that conservatism, the foundation for protecting the stability and prosperity of our society, is not well centered.
Oh said he would boost the economy by eliminating unnecessary regulations and prepare for the future against populism, proposing to think together about the challenges of the times of conservative innovation and integration and create new hope.
