The Seoul Western District Court issued another arrest warrant for President Yoon Suk Yeol requested by the Joint Investigation Headquarters.

President Yoon's claim that the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit does not have the right to investigate rebellion and that there is no need for arrest seems to have been rejected again this time.

The government agency, which issued an arrest warrant on the 31st of last month, tried to execute it on the 3rd, but it was canceled due to resistance from the security agency.

Since then, the government has requested an arrest warrant back to the court ahead of the expiration of the deadline.
