Rep. Lee and members of the National Assembly's Public Administration and Security Committee visited the National Police Agency yesterday (6th) to meet with acting National Police Agency Commissioner Lee Ho-young, and then visited Kook Soo-bon to meet with Director Woo Jong-soo.
At the meeting, Rep. Lee reportedly took issue with the exclusion of Articles 110 and 111 of the Criminal Procedure Act, which require permission from the head of the agency to search for secret places for military and public affairs, and said that executing such a warrant could be legally responsible.
As a result, Director Woo expressed his displeasure and raised his voice to go to the court and argue as the judge issued the warrant, and it was known that the altercation took place.
