The Constitutional Court's "Impeachment of the Chief Audit and Prosecutor" is expected to be the 2nd hearing preparation date.

The Constitutional Court continues to prepare for arguments in the impeachment case of the prosecutor of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office with the chairman of the Board of Audit and Inspection.

At 2 p.m. today (8th), the Constitutional Court announced the preparation date for the second hearing of the impeachment of the Board of Audit and Inspection Choi Hae-soo.

At 4 p.m., the second hearing preparation date for the impeachment case of three prosecutors, including Lee Chang-soo, the head of the Central District Prosecutors' Office, will also be held.

Earlier, the National Assembly passed the impeachment bill for reasons such as Choi's poor audit of the president's office and residence.

The impeachment bill was passed against the three prosecutors at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office on the grounds that they did not properly investigate Kim Gun-hee's alleged involvement in Deutsche Motors stock price manipulation.
